Orders placed from our site will always appear in your Order History page. If you're missing an order, there are a few things you can check:

Verify the order was placed with this website.

There are many sites that sell similar products - if the order wasn't placed from this exact website, it wasn't ordered from us and we won't have any insight into your order or what you purchased. Our products are sold in a lot of different places, and many retailers run their own advertisements, so you may have purchased from one of their pages. Check your email for the receipt and make sure you're visiting the correct URL for the store you ordered from.

Verify you're using the correct email address.

If you placed an order using a different email address than the one you're currently signed in with, you'll need to sign in as the other account to view your order history. If you are 100% sure you placed your order with this website, you may have mistyped your email at checkout. Contact us so our customer service team can help you find the correct account.

The order may have been canceled.

If your card was declined at the time of order, or your address tripped one of our anti-fraud filters, an email will have been sent to you requesting updated payment information. Declined orders will only stay in the queue for two hours before they're removed from the system.

If you provided an email address or phone number when you ordered, you should receive an email or text with your tracking number. If you never received this, email us at the address above.

First, confirm that the ship-to address on your order was correct from your receipt or Order History page.

If the address is correct, click on the tracking number you were provided so you can confirm the delivery status with the carrier. If the carrier's page shows the order has been delivered, you'll need to contact the carrier for information on who they delivered the package to and they'll be able to trace it for you. If you're in an apartment or condo, occasionally drivers will deliver packages to the building's main office, and there have been some cases where drivers accidentally delivered a package to a neighbor, but either way they will be able to work with you and figure it out where your package went.

If they can't find your package, they'll provide you with a claim number. Once you have a claim number, email us and provide that number so we can issue you a refund or reship your items.

Due to address verification policies for credit cards, we cannot allow any address changes after an order has been submitted. If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel it (and then you could place a new order with the correct information). Contact us so we can investigate it.

We cannot make changes to an order once it has been placed, however if the order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it and re-order any items you still want. Visit the Order History page and click on the order you would like to cancel.

This policy is in place because returns are typically processed at different locations from where items are shipped, so it's important that the return is created in our system first.

If your order is eligible for return, contact us so we can set up an RMA or replace the item.

Our products are sold in a lot of different places, and sometimes TV ads offer a different configuration (such as a special bonus item) than the one we sell on this website. TV ads will always advertise a specific website to visit to get the deal being offered, so you'll need to visit that website to get the exact offer that was advertised.

Typically the price shown on our website is for a single-unit (unless the product is naturally sold as a multi-pack, in which case we call it out in the description). If you want to take advantage of an offer advertised on TV or elsewhere, you'll need to visit the website from the ad.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll gladly provide an exchange or refund your purchase price for items returned in their original condition within 30 days after you receive them.
